By JP Leonel
Faith that stands unshaken will always silence the roar of fear.

In Daniel: The Lion Who Watched, JP Leonel retells the story of Daniel through an unexpected lens — the eyes of a lion who witnessed the prophet’s courage in the den. Through vivid storytelling and heartfelt emotion, the tale unfolds with wonder and reverence, capturing the unseen battle between faith and fear. Each scene reveals the quiet power of trust, the strength of prayer, and the glory of a God who rescues those who stand firm in truth.

More than a retelling, The Lion Who Watched is a reflection on divine faithfulness. It invites readers of all ages to see that even in the darkest places, light can still roar. The story reminds us that courage is not found in strength alone, but in steadfast faith — the kind that keeps watching, waiting, and believing until deliverance comes.

Razmatan: The Lion’s Journey is a gripping tale of faith, courage, and divine deliverance, told through the eyes of Razmatan — a lion who witnesses the extraordinary life of Daniel in the heart of Babylon. From his days as a cub, Raz grows alongside his pride, each lion shaped by the brutal reality of the king’s den, where justice is delivered through claws and teeth. Yet, when Daniel is cast into their midst, something changes.
As Raz watches Daniel’s unwavering trust in God, he begins to question his instincts and the purpose of his existence. Through whispered prayers and acts of quiet defiance, Daniel shows the lions — and all of Babylon — that true strength lies not in power, but in faith.
The story weaves through the major events of Daniel’s life: the interpretation of Nebuchadnezzar’s dreams, the fiery furnace, and ultimately, the fateful night in the lions’ den. Each moment reveals God’s hand at work, protecting those who trust in Him, even in the face of death.
