I wrote this book for the quiet moments. The moments that come just before sleep, when a child’s mind begins to wander and a parent’s voice becomes a gentle lighthouse in the dark. I wrote it for the children who feel small in a very big world, and for the adults who have forgotten how powerful small things can be.
As I reflected on Scripture and on life, I kept seeing a pattern. God rarely chooses the loudest voice, the strongest hand, or the grandest stage. He chooses the mustard seed, the shepherd boy, the quiet whisper, the tiny lamp in the window. He chooses what the world often overlooks. And in His hands, the smallest things become miracles.

Each story in this book is a reminder of that truth. The children, the animals, the forgotten objects, and the humble places all carry a spark of something sacred. They show us that kindness is strength, faith is movement, and love is an action, even when it is small.
I also wrote this book for families. For the voices that read aloud. For the laughter that fills a warm room. For the prayers whispered at the edge of dreams. My hope is that these pages become more than stories. May they become memories. May they become conversations. May they become soft reminders that God is near in every moment, even the quietest ones.

If a child closes this book feeling seen by God, if a parent finds comfort in His promises, and if a family grows closer around these stories, then this book has already fulfilled its purpose.
